Please join us for our first program of 2025! The 2025 ACEC-RI Scholarship recipients will be announced, and we will also be joined by Michael DiBiase to discuss current and future infrastructure funding for the State of Rhode Island and the 2025 State Budget.

Michael DiBiase is the President and CEO of the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council. Michael has served for five years as Director of Administration for the State of Rhode Island. HIs prior experience includes  His prior experience includes senior positions in government relations for Fidelity Investments, as well as serving as Chief of Staff for Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Almond. Michael is an adjunct instructor of political science at Providence College, and is a graduate of Boston College and University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is frequently cited in media reports on state and local fiscal issues, including the state’s economy.
